100 Students Turn Out For Elon's
First Poker Tournament
Texas HoldEm tournament was
held last night in McKinnon Hall and was a big
success. 100 students played for as long as four
hours, and competed for a first place prize of $200
to Best Buy.
Winning first place was
Dave Stoughton, followed in second place by Mike
Vasnunes ($50 Best Buy prize), and Mike Goldstein in
third place ($25 Best Buy prize).
Thanks to all those who
played and helped run the event, and look for more
such Poker Night's in the future.
