World Series of Poker set to kick off at Binion's |

It's poker time at Binion's Horseshoe Hotel and Casino. The World Series of Poker is set to begin Friday, just three months after the future of the legendary tournament seemed in doubt. Binion's, a landmark downtown casino and home of the World Series of Poker, was shut down in January because of financial difficulties and reopened earlier this month under new ownership. The $10,000 No Limit Texas Hold'em event should conclude May 28th, with the winner taking home a record three million dollars. |
