Ok final table action, I built up a pretty nice stack early, got rivered 3 or 4 times and nopw im about at an average stack with the rest of the table at the beginning of final table action. I have 21,000 in front of me and the chi leader has about 25,000, the short stack is about 14,000. Blinds are 400-800 with 100 ante. Some key hands.
About the third hand I pick up 22 on the button. 3 Limpers so I double the blind, everyone stays.

Flop come 2s4s8h. 1st limper bets out 1500, 2nd limper calls, 3rd limper mucks. I raise to 4500. 1st limper has about 15000 left, pushes. 2nd limper mucks, i call. He turns pover As8s, I turn over my set. Turn is Ks, giving him nut flush, river is 4h, giving me a boat. I become chip leader with about 35000 in front of me.

3 hands later I pick up QsQc in middle position. 1 limper so I limp in, 1 limper behind me, 3 players. Flop comes 5h8dKs, scary flop. First limper bets out 500, I sense bluff I raise to 1500, player behind me calls, initial bettor mucks, my read was right one the first player but I put the guy behind me K with a weak kicker. Turn is Kd, I bet out 2500, the guy thinks and thinks, almost mucks, but calls. River is 4 clubs. I bet out 3500, he pushes all in, I muck. He turns over 6d7d for a straight. I lose 8000 into that pot. Hurts. Did I play this hand wrong?
A few hands later I pick up 8c8s on the button. Everyone limps! I bet out 2500, 5x the big blind, big blind re-raises to 7500. Everyone mucks except for me. I put him on AQ or KQ, because Iv eplayed with this player in many tournaments and he likes to get into one on one situations with AA KK or QQ, and he mucks 1010 and under to monster raises. So I figure he wants to get me out of the pot. I have him covered 2:1 in chips,I re-raise him all in to the tune of about 9,000 more. He thinks for 3 minutes, says "Fuck it, Im committed" and pushes. Turns over KQo, perfect fucking read. Flop comes 2s8h2h turn is Ah, river is 2d.
At this point I become 2nd chip leader with about 38000, with 7 players left. I have eliminated 2 players of the 3. CHip leader has about 50,000. he had about 28,000 and got all in with KK against a player with AK with about 19500, ace flopped, K turned, 7 players left 1 hour and 15 min into final table.
At this point blinds are 1000-2000 with 500 ante. I catch a run of cold cards until I pick up Ac8c on the button. MP doubles the blind to 4000, I smooth call, little blind calls. 3 players. Flop comes 3c 4d 8s mp checks, I bet 5000, little blind mucks, mp limper check-raises to 10000. I think he has a set, but I have him covered 3 to 1 so I push, he calls immediately with QQ, nice trap. Im in trouble....but the turn is an As!! The guy goes bezerk, calms down, and the river is an Ad!!!! runner runner boat. I got lucky.I am not sitting on about 49,000 but the chip leader still has me covered with about 56500.
After the short stacks move all in with marginal hands and get beat, we get down to 4 way action.Stacks stand at:Chip leader sitting on 60000, Me 45500, 3rd: 32000, 4th 18000. I pick KsJs spades on the button. Blinds are 2000-4000, UTG makes it 12,000 to go (leaving him about 5000 to 6000 left in chips) I ponder a call, I muck.
Little blind calls big blind mucks. Flop comes Ah7sJs, UTG goes all in for 5500 more, little blind calls. UTG shows AcAd for a set of bullets, little blind (Chip leader) shows Jc10s. Turn is 2s, river is 9 of spades. Runner runner one card flush takes down the set of aces. Down to 3 players. Chip leaders increases to about 110000 in ships.I show about 62000 and the other guy has 33000.
Vry next hand I pick AcAs UTG I decide to limp for 4000, buttom limps, big blind raises to 12000 ( He shows about 13000-14000 left), I call,buttom mucks, flop comes Kd9s4h Perfect for aces. He bets out 5000, I raise him all in. He mucks, turning over QQ, he only has about 20000 left in chips. Teasingly, I only show him one of the aces.LOL
VERY NEXT HAND I pick up 4c5c in the big blind. Button mucks, little blind (short stack) calls. I check. Flop comes 4h2s5s, I figure i can eliminate this guy right here, but he bets out!2000 I raise for 4000, he pushes, Im obligates to call about 2000 more. He turns over a set of deuces, I, disgustingly, turn over 2 pair. He doubles up at my expense.
Very next hand i pick up 2 red Deuces in the small blind. Button raises to 8,000, I havbe feeling hes trying to make a move now that hes picked up some chips and I go all in. big blind mucks, dealer thinks for 3 minutes, mucks face up, shows AhJh. I show him the deuces and he laughs.3 Hands later the short stack makes a monster read and monster lay down. The chip leader and a short stack get involved in a battle of the blinds, i , the button, muck my 89o, not even calling the blind, littleblind raises to 8000, big blind (short stack) calls. flop comes 4sQd9s, little blind bets out 2000, big blind raises to 4000, little blind goes all in. The big blind thinks and thinks and mucks AQ! Then the little blind says nice lay down and shows him Qh9h. Wow!
Finally about 10-15 hands later I have been catching a run of cold cards and the chip leader has used his advantage perfectly, and now has about 130000 in chips about 70% of the chips on the table. I have about 42000 left and the short stack about 25000.
After about 6 hours of play,
Now for my elimination,I pick up Js8s in the small blind and check. It is just me and the chip leader in the pot now. Flop comes Qh5s9s, I pick up a gut shot straight draw and check, chip leader bets 8000, I call. Turn is 5h, I go all in, wrong move. Chip leader IMMEDIATELY calls and shows Kc5c, no spade or 10 on the river and im done. $800 for third place.
